# Literacy measures log (Art. 4)

**How to use:** Article 4 asks providers and deployers to take **measures** so people dealing with AI on their behalf can use it with appropriate literacy. The law asks for measures, not a guaranteed level per person. Log each measure (toolbox briefing, policy, workshop, written instruction, vendor training). This file is **not a certificate**.

Do **not** record Article 26(2) human-oversight competence here. That duty is stricter and only applies when you deploy a high-risk system.
